ABOUT ME

I am an Assistant Dean of a Collegiate Aviation program, a Gold Seal Flight Instructor (CFI-IA, MEI,) a NAFI Master Flight Instructor, Advanced-Instrument Ground Instructor, FAASTeam Representative and total aviation geek based in New England. I always had a fascination towards how things worked and I enjoy researching and teaching difficult subject matter. I love my job, but I always feel that flight training should go beyond just skimming the surface. Instead, I enjoy going further in-depth teaching systems, weather, and aerodynamics. That is why I made this website, to answer the "why" questions that most people (including Flight Instructors) have a hard time explaining.
WHAT I DO
I specialize in primary flight training, as well as Glass Cockpit transitions, Tailwheel training, High-Performance training, and Electronic Flight Bag training.
